infoautomobiles.com acts as an independent digital services provider specialising in vehicle administration assistance, technical data retrieval and document management. By using this site, you enter into a contractual relationship with SKILL WAGON LIMITED. We provide private paid-for services and are not affiliated with or approved by any government authority, including the DVLA or any other public administration.

2. SCOPE AND SERVICES

The site provides administrative assistance, vehicle history data reports and digital management tools (the "Services"). These services are designed to simplify vehicle-related procedures for the customer via a centralised member interface.

3. CONTRACT FORMATION AND INTRODUCTORY OFFER

By subscribing to the Services, the Customer enters into a binding contract governed by these Terms:

  • Authorisation : The Customer authorises SKILL WAGON LIMITED to automatically charge subscription fees using the initial payment method on each monthly anniversary.
  • Pricing : All applicable fees for the trial period and subsequent monthly subscription are detailed on our Pricing page.
  • Automatic renewal (Continuous Payment Authority) : Unless the Customer cancels the subscription before the end of the introductory period, the Customer expressly agrees to subscribe to a recurring monthly plan.
  • Introductory period : The Customer may access the Services for an initial trial period as specified on our Pricing page.

4. CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND DIGITAL CONTENT

In accordance with the consumer contracts regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013):

  • Waiver of withdrawal period : The Customer acknowledges that by accessing the Services immediately, they waive their legal right to a 14-day cancellation period (withdrawal period), as the service is delivered instantly on request.
  • Immediate performance : The Customer expressly requests that the supply of digital content (reports, documents and tools) begin immediately after validation of the initial payment.

5. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time, without penalty or notice:

  • By email : By contacting our support team at contact@infoautomobiles.com.
  • Online : Via the "Cancel subscription" or "Unsubscribe" link in the site footer or in the Customer Account area on infoautomobiles.com.

After cancellation, no further charges will be made. Previous payments for the introductory period or elapsed subscription months are non-refundable due to the digital and instant nature of the Service.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Data accuracy : The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Although we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that third-party databases (used for vehicle history or technical specifications) are free from errors.

Liability cap : To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Provider shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indirect losses : SKILL WAGON LIMITED shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data or indirect damage arising from the use of infoautomobiles.com.

7. DATA PROTECTION (UK GDPR & DPA 2018)

SKILL WAGON LIMITED processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information is used solely for the provision of the Services and is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, designs and software on infoautomobiles.com are the exclusive property of SKILL WAGON LIMITED and are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Any unauthorised reproduction or "scraping" of data is strictly prohibited.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom, are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
